These practical exercises (TP) are teaching materials designed for students in Game Art and Game Development. They primarily focus on tools and game mechanics, created to deepen and illustrate the concepts covered in class. The goal was to add a playful and practical dimension to learning, helping students better understand and apply theoretical concepts. Each exercise was developed based on the topics taught, providing a more immersive and engaging learning experience. The topics covered include asset integration, interaction between art and code, UI management, animation, physics, URP/HDRP lighting, 2D game creation (from tilemaps to various UI techniques), scene integration with a touch of tech art, and much more. For example, to teach the use of tilemaps, I created the mechanics of a Sokoban game, where students had to design levels and understand Unity through level creation. To illustrate physics and scripting, they also designed a marble run with dynamic movements and interactions.
